Power of Love Children's Home in Hua Hin re-opens

HUA HIN:-- The Power of Love Children's Home in Hua Hin has re-opened having been temporarily closed after local officials claimed it was operating without the correct paperwork.

 

Last month local officials moved to shut the "Power of Love" despite the manager saying that a license was being applied for.

 

However, a spokesperson of the Power of Love this week confirmed the children's home is now open and all the children are back staying on the premises. 

 

The home was reopened after a government investigation found it to be operating within the law and with the correct documentation, with officials stating they were happy in the way the children's home is managed.

 

The spokesperson said they currently have 7 boys staying at the home but can accommodate up to 50 and need help taking more children off the streets.
