Watching Thai TV outside Thailand

I am back in Australia and wanted to watch something on Thai channel 7 today, what is the best way to do that on my pc, the live stream blocked me as I am not in Thailand. I am looking to watch it in reasonable quality not a pixely 480p stream. Thanks

well they are playing the pacquiao vs horn fight for free today on channel 7, its is $60 Australian dollars to get it here, I am a cheap charlie :)
