I have a Music Man 210-130W amp that i need to get new filter caps and a visual inspection done.   Also switch over to 220v if the power transformer has that capability.   Wondering if there is anyone around that can do this type of work.  Especially a pro at soldering.    This is same the amp Clapton normally uses.   Thanks for any input.

I don't know if this will be helpful or not but there is a large store in the Gateway Mall, next to the Ekkamai BTS station that specializes in amps and other sound equipment,  3rd or 4th floor.

Maybe they will be able to steer you to what you need.

Maybe ask some members of western style bands playing at local clubs.  Got to be a local tech somewhere around HH.

Can try at one of the many music stores selling amps and guitars in the malls in Bangkok (fortune, pantip, zeer, central world etc...) They could direct  you to someone.

Interesting hybrid (solid-state and valves [tubes]). Getting equivalent values for the filters shouldn't be an issue, but getting the same format to fit directly may be. Dr Tube does do spares http://drtube.com/en/online-store/capacitors/20

Are you sure the filters need replacing? These amps are from a time when things were built to last.

I'm with the others, find a specialist, the normal electronics places (Amorn Service etc) wouldn't know where to start.
