I read a while ago that the government had cracked down on the various vendors of horseback riding, beach chair rentals and whatever else was on offer.  Is that still the case? Was it ever the case? Is it back to what it was before the crackdown?

I do not get time to go down to the beach lately, but I do pass the horse and riders making their way down soi 94 every day. Sure they would not be doing that if they were banned.
