We plan to build a western style house in Nam Yuen in November 2017. Can anyone recommend a good, reliable and reasonably priced company for this?

You could go in person to the office of PD House in Ubon Ratchathani .  They have printed brochures, and show models of homes they have built. You cna modify the template plans they offer in different sizes and price ranges. 

 

You can see examples of the fittings and materials they include in the different grade levels of homes they build. You can go to actual homes under construction in your province. They have staff who speak and understand English at the headquarters. They offer a written guarantee. Certainly a guide point in prices, as Thai citizens are the primary customers of PD House. Prices are written not picked out of a hat.
