milk of magnesia on porridge?...bit of an overkill as the porridge alone facilitates regular bowel movements...

You have it without sugar? Or add some bananas?

Not a fan of porridge, but crunchy nut cornflakes with fruit is great.

Bowel movements are not a problem, I drink beer and eat fruit and salads most days.

your simian implication is disturbing...higher species do not add bananas to porridge...

Perhaps some acai berries?

My girl has a large steaming sausage and myself a couple of fried eggs and fish pie...

I love Coffee Club :) great breakfast. A tad pricey, though.

+1. They did have specially priced breķkies at 145 Baht still ongoing earlier this week in Pattaya. BETT: Bacon, eggs, toms & toast (sourdough and proper butter), plus a coffee of course and a newspaper to read.

They are running a promotion for users of Galaxy phones. Just download the Galaxy Gift app , and you will get Eggs Benedict for 120 baht instead of 300 baht . Offer only valid in Bangkok.

So we're here in Thailand so the foods available (and more affordable) are going to be different than in our home countries.

Hmmmmm. Cornflakes taste just the same here as they do back in the world.

Actually, I'll have whatever I feel like when I wake up. Being retired, I have all the time in the world to make whatever I want at the time. If I feel like hotdogs or pancakes with syrup, that is what I'll have.

When I was working, it was whatever took the least time to make.

Wow, people pay 300 baht for eggs!!!!!

I can get a full English for less than 200. Only reason I don't every day is they are fattening.
