Jet-setting former monk now ordered extradited to Thailand

The Office of the Attorney-General is ready to form a team of attorneys to fly to the United States to escort the infamous former monk  Luang Pu Nen Kham back to Thailand to face charges after the US court has ordered him to be extradited upon request by the Thai authorities.

Amnart Chotechai, director-general of the International Affairs Department at the Office of the Attorney-General, said today (July 15) that the department has been notified of the US court’s verdict in California to extradite the former monk, now Mr Wirapol Sukphol.

He said the department was ready to fly to escort him back.

However it has to await if the fugitive monk would exercise his right to appeal the extradition.

change your name, grow your hair out, dump the robes, get a drivers license and move to the state of Oregon.

They will never find you.

Well well well would you believe it??

Maybe Mr Wirapol has run out of other peoples money.

So the authorities here are finally getting their act together, interesting to see the outcome of this fiasco.

A team of legal beagles to escorted him back -  how impressive, how about 2 max 3 well trained Rangers -  more than enough to break his legs if he tries to run.

Just the usual Thai BS and double talk, but then I haven't factored in the junket aspect of the exercise.

Perhaps he might be allowed the use of a towel for cleaning up before the extradition hearing?

Don't hold your breath

And that applies to both of these individuals.  As my old Scottish grandmother Mcleay used to say, "Many's the slip betwixt cup and lip!"  Could be just a PR exercise to keep us all amused and quiet.

They might squeeze in a visit to Disney Land and a couple of nightclubs.

Will they have time to go to Disneyland. Hope they can get one of those cowboy hats.

A team of Attorneys? What for. Two guys with an arrest warrant with handcuffs and pistols?

Shopping is day two morning.

Is this the makings of a paid vacation and shopping trip to the US by some attorneys obedient to higher ranks?

This could get a lot more interesting if he is brought back as there are high ranking people in this country in the shadows that were involved with him.  Indeed; there is one who is believed to be a General sitting on a very large pile of gold that this man was involved with.

If he does return how long will he last ?

The Attorney general has to wait for this bull! Must be a brother of the Police Prosecutor in the case of Red Bull heir (where is Wally) Two now VERY wealthy Thai government officials in the last 5 years. The PM better start looking over his shoulder if these clowns run the country!  Again LMAO at Thai justice.
