  • Why Nothing has really changed. Just a few more cases that were posted on this forum.

  • I hope not, I'm studying Engineering at a International University.

  • I see no reason why you should have problem. What you listed is way more than you should need on entry. Chances are you will be stamped in without a question being asked.

You should not have a problem.

That depends on your nationality. Those from India and African countries are scrutinized closely on every entry.

Would you have any idea as to why that might be?

They might ask you to fix the crack in the runway, then.

It would depend on your visa history which the immigration officers can see on their computer.

If you do not have an extensive history of entering Thailand using visa exempt entries and back to back tourist visas you should not experience any difficulty.

I have only 1 tourist visa (single entry) from 2015. And 2 visa exempt in 2016 and 1 visa exempt in 2017.

It is a good question. I could speculate, but could not prove my suspicions are correct.

Your suspicions would likely be well grounded  which is why the IOs are also suspicious and they probably do have evidence !

You will have the cash and proof of where you are staying - so good on that.  That is likely all you will need.  To erase all questions, I would also bring any docs relating to your school, and proof of finances such as a bank-statement.  Having the ph# of a person-of-contact at the school, is probably also a good idea.
