Do I require a Visa for a 2 day visit to Cambodia? I used to do a Visa run and get Visa for Cambodia at the border. Does this apply to flying in as well?

Yes, you need a visa to enter Cambodia.  You can either get a visa on arrival at the SR airport, or get an e-Visa in advance online and save a passport page.

Thanks, I take it they will accept a credit card for Visa on arrival. There are 6 of us 20$ in 25$ out I read?

Others who may know for sure can respond, but I highly doubt if anything other than cash is accepted.

I wouldn't count on it, but I guess it's possible...they would probably give you a lousy conversion rate, though.  Better to have US dollars on hand.

Thai Nationals don't need a visa to enter Cambodia, they are exempt from visa requirements if they arrive at an International Airport..

We went to Siem Reap a few weeks ago, had a good time, I had purchased an e-visa and whilst it was a tad more expensive than a VOA it saved me time when we got there, and as the previous poster has pointed out it saved a page and a half in my passport. I actually used their app on my smart phone, that even allowed me to take a photo on my phone and submit. https://www.evisa.gov.kh/

The VOA seems to work, and they only seemed to be accepting US$ in cash, we did notice that there was a bit of a rugby scrum in the Immigration Hall with loads of passengers filling out their forms, we were through in moments. The Immigration Hall is quite big and had a fair few IO's on duty, unlike DMK on our return.

I've read that people from coming from ASEAN countries (Thailand) do not require a visa so the 3 of us from UK in our party we will get the visa online, cheers

Yes as I said, Thai Nationals can enter for up to 14 days without the need for a visa providing they enter and leave via an International Airport.

They like US dollars. A couple friends of mine and myself went and the line through customs was VERY long. A friendly uniformed guy said he could take care of everything for $40. One friend spent a couple of hours waiting in line and saved $15. I guess we all should have waited in line because we had to wait on our friend. I seriously doubt they would accept a credit card.
