I tried posting this on the IT forum but with no response...

Does anyone know where I can buy a very small video camera or even 'spyware' to discreetly record business meetings? (Yes, really!)

do Dash cams have audio ?    Maybe more $$$ and better quality

If you have to secretly record a business meeting, it's probably a meeting you should decline attending.

There use to be a shop in tukcom that had all sorts of stuff.

I believe you can do it but cannot disclose any info recorded without permission from all at the meeting agreeing to be recorded.
