today comes the crunch,a must win against the springboks,if they don't out comes the chopper.

Wallabies are piss poor. I used to drop any other commitment to watch a game, even when they were losing. However it's beyond a joke now and I couldn't be bothered even watching them. You are right, change coach, change tactics, change incentives and make them play for pride.
