I have the previous version of the HK1 RBox (with the S905x? not Allwinner) with Android 10 and it got pretty hot so when I used it I turned it upside down......... Other than that (and only being 32 bit) it is a great little box. If I was looking for a new box I would get this - thanks.

Seems like you are being a little pedantic........ However others have already said it works..... I used the dial pad on the web portal only last week to make a call and had no issues - other than having to remember to allow the use of the microphone in the browser which I had forgotten......... (not a Skype or MSN problem but my own settings)

It may help if you said exactly what it is you are suggesting they are ignorant of? At least they are letting you know.

Yesterday was no way as bad as last year. Lunchtime was worse for me on an mc..... I had to go to soi 8 for 7.30pm and was dreading it but after the usual f***wittery from a few Bolt mc drivers I took an established win on 3rd Road from the north and thought the traffic was not as bad as last year. The golf group I play with had real problems last year getting back into Pattaya but this year apparently no issues. Soi Buakhow was a car park but if you could avoid that ok. They obviously had a change of mind as this was taken on Thursday lunchtime at the junction of Soi sam and Pattaya Klang No sign when I went through at 7pm and still 2 way traffic..........

As others have said - by keeping a sim card/no valid. Not sure what it is like in the US but in the UK if you have a PAYG you still have to make a chargeable event every 180 days minimum to keep it alive. Here PAYG is I think called Pre-paid and it is about making sure you have validity which is completely separate to your credit. There have been stories on here about people having hundreds of baht credit only to find that the validity has expired........ I can only talk for AIS but if I top up 1000 baht it will only give me an extra 1 month validity on top of what I already had - as long as that was not more than 1 year ahead. For validity I can add that month with a top up of only 20 baht. When you top up it tells you what you have added, what your credit is and what the valid to date is.

I used them in the past. They were very busy as dealt with a lot of insurance claims - including mine. Last week I replaced the windscreen and and front side windows and went to Thamphuttaraksa (spelt with Dh.... on Google maps) Film and Auto Glass. They had been recommended by my servicing garage as an alternative to Pop. Very limited English but I was impressed with their work. They also have a very comfortable upstairs seating area with drinks and snacks where you can look down on the internal bays and watch the work. They are located on Sukhumvit going northbound in the access road past Baan Sukwahdi and almost immediately after the PTT station - I think their is one road in between and before the FN outlet. They are the first or second shop in that access road on the left but their name (that I could see) is only in Thai script. @CRUNCHER the price will obviously depend on what film you want so may be worth checking both if you have specific requirements.
