  1. Yep, sooner or later ... you run out of other people's money. Socialism never works, never has, never will. Capitalism & free enterprise. USA is so far behind, it's mind boggling. Over regulated, over taxed, unions are a joke, self serving to themselves. There's no incentive to be productive past a certain point, as the more you make, the more they take. I literally stopped producing, generating income, because they, govt, was taking almost half. What's the point, especially when I'm taking all the risk. I'm was just a little guy, but there's millions of us. There's a lot of big hitters out, got to be thinking the same ... "why do I bother" and many are stopping or leaving for greener pastures. Whether different states or different countries. USA can't compete any more, not that it ever could, that past 50+ years. Everything outsourced. Trump has good ideas, theoretically, though aside from being too late, nobody cares, and all will fail miserably. Nobody wants to work, put in the effort, the time. Just all want free sh!t, and others to pay for it. Som nam naa So glad I left, and if not so ignorant, would have left a lot earlier.
  2. But I really want to or 😭 Inflation held down to 2.8 ... AND ... Medicare Plan B up 11.6 % Plan B deductible, even higher ... 12 % 2.8 % for you ..... 11.8 & 12 % for us. Sounds fair
  3. OMG ... couldn't agree more, scary sh!t, that is My hate for Israel grows every day, worse, the USA constantly supports them. Never a doubt in my mind, and kind of points out, who actually controls the USA ... IMHO
  4. @Elik Kept track after charging up to 100%, and can't say I've lost much in range, at worst, 5%. Think I've guessed range at 90 kms in the past. So reality, 75 kms with 1 bar remaining. Just past 4 years owning, and coming back home, it was nipping on 2 bars when accelerating, so means there is at least 30 kms left. As I tracked each bar (6) in the past and average about 15 kms+ per bar. So minimal loss of range. I do baby the battery, since not LFP. Rarely go below 3 bars, and only charge up to 100%, when I know I'm going to use it that day or next day. Never sits at 100% when we go out of town, usually around 80%. Always let it rest for hour or so, before charging. Rarely drive over 60 kph, since the dog is in the front basket most of the time, and don't want to dry her eyes out. Dog and myself, weight 90 kg or less, (80+10). Their promo at the time of purchase, and I think the Owner's Manual stated range was 90 kms, so just a bit more accurate 🙄 New Promo .... 👍 Still pushing that 140 kms range https://decogreenenergy.com/index.php/th/products/3000w-2/susu
  5. CGM officially 'expired' ... BUT ... 24 hr grace period allowed, not sure how that works, though they do recommend buying another, so no data is loss ... big surprise. NO THANKS I can highly recommend this Ottai CGM though, especially if concerned about being pre or diabetic, if not already. Readings every 5 mins. Can't beat the price point and very user friendly 👍👍 Think I got all the info that I need. Actually eat fairly healthy, most of the time, which is nice to be confirmed, though blood work does that, along with a scale & mirror. Really can't think what else to test, as abused myself enough already 🙄 Did learn a few things, and better choices obviously pointed out, like below. I can enjoy any of those 3 items, or simply eat Steak & Eggs, with homemade whole wheat toast & butter. Hmm, let me think 1221 Steak & Eggs, w/toast – 21.6 .................... OR ........................... 0505 Grilled Cheese – 41.4 0756 Peanut Butter & Preserves – 50.4 0951 Roti – 63 Spike ... Spike ... Spike ... "How to be a Diabetic 101"
  6. I get it, been enlightened, but still easily available to any and all that want. You think some of the weed shops selling buds they're not suppose to, might have all the vaping crap one might want ??? All the weed shops are apparently back to normal, why, apparently complying ... ... with regulation ... with brown envelopes Don't know, don't care, but I can guess which is more applicable in real life. Enjoy your vices, as easy enough for others to avoid. I'll continue to fly my drones legally I'll continue to not take photos in restricted areas Of course, I'll always observe the traffic law 3rd World ... got to love it or leave it. I'm Staying USA ... Love it or Leave it ... I left
  7. I'll agree to that, as I'm way to intelligent to be vaping any of the crap they're selling. I don't even smoke weed any more. Never was dumb enough to smoke cigarettes. It took decades for the truth about cigarette (tobacco) dangers to be exposed, and can't imagine the chemicals inhaled / ingested by you vapers. Is that industry even regulated, GOOD LUCK. It takes a special kind of stupid to vape ... IMHO
  8. A simply Peanut Butter & Preserves is even worse 25 October Coffee 0505 Grilled Cheese – 41.4S 0756 Peanut Butter & Preserves – 50.4S Low at sleep was 5.0, exert a little energy, dog & myself up for a P, make coffee & Grilled Cheese and up to 5.9. Eat the Grilled Cheese, spike up 41.4 mg/dl. Back down to baseline, 5.3, eat the PB&P, spike up 50.4 mg/dl. Think I might have time for one more test, before CGM 'expires', if baseline gets down below 6.0 at least as now at 6.6, and heading downward. Want to test Roti, hopefully before 0945, as CGM expires @ 1039. Give it time to spike, before heading downward. EDIT: down to 5.7 already. At least they are short spikes. Takes about 30 mins to peak, then about 30 mins to get back down to reasonable baseline.
  9. Really, that's all you got. Hardly worth mentioning ... ... "He resigned as the CEO in November 2023 after pleading guilty to enabling money laundering at Binance and was sentenced to four months in prison in April 2024. He completed his sentence by September of the same year." ... wiki

  11. As suggested, try Roojai, and don't even mention you, as policy in wife's name, and choose 'any driver' option. Wife as main, if asked, and don't mention if she is licensed or not.
  12. You mean like these masterminds ... Obama ... ... have to bail out the brokers & banks, or world economy will collapse ... if you like your doc, you can keep your doc ... ACA will make healthcare less expensive Biden ... get the shot, you can't get covid, or pass it on to others ... the border is secure ... the economy is booming ... "I'm sharp as a tack" ... what was the question
  13. Thanks, as I have a stationary bike, I no longer use, but below Hua Hin.

  18. Grilled Cheese on empty stomach, not the best choice ... ... 5.9 to 8.2 = 41.4 mg/dl spike For comparison, a few better & tastier choices, all eaten on empty stomach ... 0826 Croissant, Cream Cheese & Preserve – 34.2 1221 Steak & Eggs, w/toast – 21.6 1221 Omelet (tomato, Red pepper, onion, Salami) & Dried Cranberries – 30.6 1013 Chicken KraPao pasta (7-11) C-45g P-220g - 39.5 1120 Eggs (2 lg) 1130 Cereal (15-15-50-80) - 27 1500 Cereal (25-20-65-120) - 37.8L Cereal = Corn Flakes 25g, Rolled Oats 20g, Blueberries 65g, Whole Milk 120g A clear winner, Steak & Eggs w/ toast or a Grilled Cheese, 2 slices Makro whole wheat & 3 slices of 'cheese product' ... hmm Calories of Steak & Eggs, toast ... 630 Calories of Grilled Cheese ... 375
  19. @fredwiggy Got me curious, as haven't checked my BP in quite some time ...
  20. It's not you, as I need subtitles when watching UK or AU movies or series. Or I'll miss a lot. Some, I can't even follow, as don't understand most of what they say, as accent is so hard. So don't bother watching, as I'll miss most of it, while reading.
  21. I simply do the speed limit, as prefer not to pay fines. Highway speed limit here is mostly 90 kph. More than a few stretches allow 120 kph, but only one in my normal travels, not really that much time spend at those speeds. Will do 110-115, when possible. Good Luck with that, as obviously you've never driving here. We're lucky if we average 80 kph, over 3 to 5 hrs on the highways here. Again, you ignorance shines. Not really a KFC fan, though may have a few Zingers & Wing Zaps, during the year. Probably less than 5 visits a year. Every 2 hours is way too early for me to eat. More like 3 or 4 hours in between meals. So wrong again. And we're in TH, not EU, so may want to provide info about TH, and you won't come off as an ignorant troll. Just a suggestion.
  22. Back to normal eating, and just the one 'testing' spike on empty stomach. Usually I don't eat anything till 1100 hrs. 24 October Coffee 0826 Croissant, Cream Cheese & Preserve – 34.2 1221 Steak & Eggs, w/toast – 21.6 1451 70% Dark Chocolate (Bestmate) – 18 1710 Garden Salad, Yellow Curry Shrimp & rice – 0 2050 CheeseSteak – 23.4 Done eating for the night, so a nice graph ...
  23. Prices getting almost like in the USA, as dealers try to clear stock before new arrivals. Always buy your new care late in the year for best discounts, or, used to be. For BEV, also get rid of old EV platforms, before new & improved hits. Along with simple price war for market share. Definitely a buyer's market, new & 2nd hand
  24. Lite evening snack ...
