Police raiding a house in Nakon Si Thammarat wondered where the owner had gone to.

They searched all the rooms then moved onto the two bathrooms. The first one was empty but in the second one they found something that looked suspicious - a large bucket.

Thanathip, 22, was sitting on the floor hiding behind it.

The only problem with his impromptu disguise was that his feet were sticking out making the cops' job a little easier.

The officers also found 8 Ya Ba pills in the toilet bowl - Thanathip had even forgotten to flush.

Thung Yai cops were raiding the house where snooker was being played yesterday said Sanook reporting on the story that was featured on Workpoint TV.

Is this the equivelent of a "Fox News Alert" ?

Actually, he was taking a dump, and was a little camera shy, so I was told...Thai translation can some across in many different forms, if it looks like he's taking a dump, he is taking a dump

His brain is the size of the ostrich brain!

somebody could gamble on the result of a game!    Can you imagine the horror and social havoc that could ensue from that! The disassembling of Thai culture, the affront to Buddhism?      Careful folks!

How many man hours? How much effort? What utter irresponsible waste of resources. 8 Yabba pills, suggests such evil, crime and corruption that this even gets "aired"?

There is a serious question mark over what is important. Fine its a funny photograph, but about what?

Does this poor individual now have to pay the police to stay out of prison because he was just trying to have a bit of a good time? Most likely and if he cannot another waste of a good life that although a little high at night or with his friends, would still be going to work and living with his family and being productive.

The world is crazy.

Pardon my ignorance guys, but I'm new on here

Small, red, really low yield amphetamine pills. Normally crushed and smoked on foil or in a glass pipe. Full of impurities and a poor imitation of ice. Habitual use can cause personality changes and violence particularly coupled with alcohol, although there would be very few statistics on this. That there are lifetime prison sentences associated with possession, just provides the police with an easy earn on the bribe path.

Too funny...a graduate from a prestigious uni in the south...

there is a reason that these meth heads go down hard. and its right they should. many rehab hospitals for these unfortunate people here. they don't all go to prison long term. they try to fix them
