  • Just ignore the whole thing and her. Many of them state this 'I can make trouble for you' etc etc. Change your phone number and don't make any more contact.

  • If you teach in Thailand on a retirement extension or Non-OA visa, and she is vindictive enough, you might face problems. Otherwise, as suggested above, just cease all contact.   She may cla

She was with you because you paid her... she’s was with you for the money... if that’s not prostitution what is it? Apologies if that seem harsh, but that’s the harsh reality. She demanded more mo

Sounds like a keeper. Add a zero to the end to secure the catch.

I would not worry about the Thai girl, but think twice before bedding a nice Chinese girl. They expect a real commitment and will make life very bad for you if you breakup.  Asia is not USA where girls hook up on a whim and decent Chinese girls must save family face.

hummm... i've dated 'decent' chinese girls in the uk, hk  and mainland china, they are excellent partners and i've never experienced any issues with family

Yeah, but the guy you were responding to was talking about 'nice' Chinese girls, not the 'decent' ones.

That's crazy. I wave my wife off every morning and have a day to myself.

Off to work you go. Buh bye

if i was married, i would do the same thing.  marriage ruins relationships !!!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with perpetuating the myth of the magical farang money tree. Nothing at all.

earlier this year you told me that 'save face' was myth (in a post about DMK).  now i'm getting the myth comment again.  i guess i operate in the myth department !!!

Took a Thai on holiday and she spent most of the time sleeping and angry, yes I recognize that as well, they only seem to want to travel so they can boast about it on FB and have little knowledge of where they are or what they want to do apart from eat and sleep. My mate in UK took his Thai gf on a great holiday to Turkey, he said it was like being away with a slightly demented child!

IMO - important part of that sentence, "After Two Years."  Generally, by that point, the facades have fallen away

one of the events that solidified my 'beliefs' in this woman was during year two.  her mother was sick in the hospital (for real), i offered to pay for a 'VIP room' so she didn't have to be in the general ward area.  the cost was 2,000thb/nt.  but the rooms were all taken and the GF said thanks but 'no have room'.  most women i'd had 'dealings' with in the past would likely have taken the money even though the rooms were full - knowing i wouldn't be visiting the hospital so i'd never know and they could pick up 10,000 or so.  the OP's lady sounds more like this type, score cash anyway you can.

Private rooms in government hospitals require a family member present 24/7.

I'm guessing your gf didn't want to stay in hospital with mum.

my GF spent 5 days with her mom at the hospital.  she slept on the floor.  i saw the pictures to prove it.

this forum is a bit strange.  you get a whole thread full of posters complaining about 'thai bashers' (not this thread). but, that never seems to apply to the regular thai girl who dates a farang.  she is labeled a 'whore' etc...  and no one is ever there to take a stand for her/them.  they just get painted with the 'broad brush'.  (not addressed to you MAEJoMTB, but to the general public.  i understand you were just providing a possible explanation for me or others in the same situation - hospital stays).

And now another one so I am closing the topic since I think the OP has gotten an answer to his question. :mfr_closed1:
