Netizens poured scorn on on an apparent top brass army man who opened a pick-up door into a parked vehicle by his side and just walked off.

The owner of the vehicle found the damage later - a dent and scratches to the passenger side of the car.

They were parked in front of the KFC at an Ubon PTT gas station, reported Tnews.

Pannapat Rattanasiriwan went on Facebook for some justice after the police in the area reportedly refused to do anything allegedly saying "well he probably didn't mean it".

The poster said that they wanted the alleged army man to accept responsibility and wanted the police to live up to their hype that they are there for all the public, not just a select few.

Posters rounded on the uniformed officer with some very fruity language for the military.

The poster asked netizens for help and thanked the PTT for the CCTV footage that clearly showed faces and license plate.

I'm afraid, that belief went out of the window quite a while back.

These kind of bar stuards keep me parking my vehicle as far as possible to keep a buffer zone.

Top brass uniform?

Joe public expect the police to do something, dream on.

Police here are scared of the army, so nothing what so ever will be done.

Accept responsibility ? In Thailand ?

My gardener yesterday made a puncture in my above ground pool , he said it was already there and thought i knew about it.
I didn't do it is the only thing they  learn here  , that's why so many people drive off after an accident.

I wasn't me !!

Someone's gonna have the army round to his house.... wonder what they'll plant before calling the cops?

'Top brass' in a pickup truck. 'Do you know where my Merc is'
