Been using iHerb for years with no problems, but the last 2 shipments of collagen capsules have gone missing after import to Thailand. I contacted iHerb and they gave an immediate refund, but it's still frustrating. I contacted DHL Thailand (the shipper they use) and they told me that DHL only track these particular shipments up to import and then they handover to Thailand Post. So it seems they are being "lost" in the journey from Thailand Post to my home. Anyone else had these problems recently?

Haven't ordered in ages, does it still say iherb on the outside of the boxes they use?

Not sure, it’s been a while since I actually received anything.

I have gotten all packages without problem, sometimes it takes 1.5 weeks, sometimes closer to 4 weeks. But so far never lost a package, usually order once a month and make sure to stay below 1000 baht.

Also received 2 orders in last month no problem , what a blessing this company has been living here .

I've never received a package that I ordered from iherb and in all fairness their support team warned me of delivery issues to Thailand and I agreed that the risk was one that I was willing to take.  I use another company now, select shipping with point to point tracking and have my package shipped to my friend's Thai company address and every package has arrived.

I don't believe this when people tell me this especially when I investigate but say nothing most times so I don't upset those who create these real stories that are seldom true .

No worries.  I'm not upset as I get that you don't know me so have no reason to either believe/disbelieve me.  Iherb do actually have this message on their shipping page though and as you can see it pertains to Thailand only.

DHL/UPS: Due to Thailand customs currently preventing importing of our products, we have currently suspended shipping orders to Thailand with DHL Express or UPS International. We are currently working with customs to determine what we can do to get our packages to be allowed entry into your country.

depends on your address, some places in pattaya no problem,

some places almost never gotten any mail, depends if the boy delivering know the place or not i suspect, and if unknown, just dumping it in a trashcan works too.

also believe it depends on current delivery boy.

on one critical import i used my consulate address since my own address was so poor success, and boy did they get upset about it

Never had a problem with iHerb and the packages has been delived to me on different addresses, in Bangkok , Chiang Mai and Pattaya.

Sometimes you have to wait 6-7 weeks , other times 2-3 weeks.

I think if you do not get it , only reason I could think of if you are not specific about your address, soi etc. If Thaipost do not understand the address , it will just end up in a storage room . And then maybe "get lost".

I ordered single bottles of vit twice last year and delivery within 10 days but an order placed in December took more than a month to receive - was just a pill cutter and well under customs charges.

I received my package today , I made the order 15th February . Only 12 days this time.

I order a couple of times a month. All orders have arrived very close to the 2-week mark, sometimes sooner. All my orders are over $50. They used to be closer to $100 but they have a new notice stating that duty could be charged on orders over $46, so I now keep them smaller.
