fakename Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 How could anyone be responsible for the crash? I am sure no one was driving too fast, and not tailgating. It just doesnt happen here! 1

Borzandy Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 I understand, because after flooding, the drivers have to speed at the maximum to sure to escape the next rain. 1

Same mentality as at Songkran when m'bike riders speed up when having buckets of water thrown on them so when they do fall off they'll be injured, rather than just wet.
