People should take extra care on the roads, I witnessed two accidents in heavy traffic this morning.

 

In particular try to avoid the intersections and stretch of road on old Phayolyothin Road and other streets adjacent to the public hospital (all four sides).

Road works are underway and traffic lights turned off.
