I dont know .

But in the villages , they have a competition every year , to see who can make the best rockets and theres a prize for the winner .

   A few others got severely injured , lost limbs and life changing injuries , buildings got damaged .

  It was more like a  bomb , than a firework .

Has a schedule of dates for 2019 Rocket Festivals in Isaan been published? That which The Manic issued on April 27, 2018, for 2018 is EXCELLENT. Is Kalasin the only place for Giraondolas?
