Direct Asia have cancelled my insurance policy after 8 months which was running on monthly installments and I failed to pay for 2 consecutive months due to having a new bank card.

 

I changed bank card due to wear and tear and forgot to inform them of my new card number, my error, they emailed me (in Thai) to tell me to pay but I just thought it was a standard email. I was in the UK and have only just returned.

 

They now say that my policy has been cancelled, annoying but understandable. I asked for another year starting now but they have refused. 

 

Can anyone recommend another insurer with monthly installments?
