No , not much change (ToT). Remember , it's still school holidays , which could affect your speed .

Most are resistant against the weather.

Many factors, day of week, time of day, high tourist/visitors population(?), events.

And Saturday evening is surely not a low traffic time.

 

I also don't notice anything unusual.

Through tot fibre usually very fast for uk tv etc with no hang ups and although it can get a bit slower at the weekends it's stop start tonight a lot more stop than usual.

Some time ago a friend had a bad internet connection in rainy season. At that time he used a modem.

He followed the line and it was fixed about 10 times as far as he could follow it.

I guess moisture in the wrong place can have the same effect these days.

 

Call your provider. They should be able to check the signal quality.
