Click on your choice of province and you will get a dropdown list of what 

looks like Amphoes in that province then click on your choice.

There is an option at the top to choose "search for location" which is most 

likely to be limited to local Tumbons, Amphoes and City.

Click on one of the options given, I use hour by hour.
