Recently noticed a Thai IP address 58-97-16-39 appearing as a peer in every torrrent. It is marked up as static.asianet.co.th. Anyone any ideas & any free VPN suitable for torrenting?

Will get deeper into that, but as it looks right now. It seems like this would be one of True Onlines static IP addresses.
 

The address it goes to seems at first to be: Thung Phaya Thai area in Ratchathewi, Bangkok

Been trying to find out how to edit this post as read that VPN/torrent comment is against forum rules...please disregard last sentence. 

Thanks Get Real, strange it comes up as a seed sometimes, others it downloads like AN other peer.

You could add it to your torrent client blocklist..or put 58.97.16.39 in your host file  pointed to 127.0.0.1
