dtac prepaid internet plans help

Featured Replies

I have a 4G dtac sim that I use when I go to Thailand. I only come for 2 Months at a time so only need services on a Monthly basis. The problem is that when I look at 30 day data plans it always says "automatically renews 12 Months long." I don't want nor need it for 12 Months.

All I want is a data plan only for 1 GB for around 300 baht for 30 days that does not automatically renew. Is there such a code?

Here is the link showing the auto renew for 12 Months, am I looking in the wrong place?. https://www.dtac.co.th/en/prepaid/products/4g-non-stop.html

Thanks.

As far as I know if you dont have enough credit in your account it wont renew. So just make sure your balance is under 300B at the end of the month.

Most prepaid weekly and monthly plans auto renew (52 times, or 12 times). There are some daily plans which do not auto-renew, and there used to be a lot of one-time plans, but no longer.

I think you can cancel any monthly promotion via IVR, the mobile app or the web utility, and via email or a call, or a chat or a visit to a shop.

Plans run for 30 days, and do not end at the end of a given month.

As KittenKong mentions, making sure your balance is below the monthly fee (add on 7% VAT), assures a canellation, or non-renewal.

You can get

1.0 GB/30 days for 199 Press *104*349*9# dial

2.5 GB/30 days for 299 Press *104*353*9# dial

You can also use the mobile app, web utility, IVR and even USSD to review the most current promotions. At any one time there are close to a hundred promotions. There are some nice bundles of data and voice, which can be good if you have to make calls.
