Videos showed what experts said was a meteor shower in Thailand last night.

One from the dash cam of a moving vehicle posted by Arin Thamwong and widely shared in Lampang showed a light travelling to earth.

It happens in the early part of the video followed my much conjecture from the vehicle occupants as to whether it was a meteor or a bit of a satellite.

Another video from Mak Make was said to have been made about 8.50 pm last night.

Both videos appear to have incorrect settings.

Experts said it was probably a Tau Herculids meteor shower that appears to originate from the star Tau Herculis.

Good videos, and those space rocks are larger than the dust streaks that we

call shooting stars. There is a good chance that some fragments made it to

the ground..
