My Mrs car is misbehaving. I thought our toddler may have touched a setting as he goes a bit mental in the drivers seat.

Basically the right indicator clicks quicker than the left which performs as expected.

Is this a simple mode change or an indication of something broken?

Sounds like a bulb is broken, that would be on the `faster clicking` side the indicator is set to.

Turn on the hazard lights and walk around the car to see if all functions well.

One of the right-hand side indicator bulbs isn't working, that's why it clicks fast.  The indicator light warning system does not have settings or the facility to change modes.

Not watched the video, no need. As has been said, its most likely a blown bulb or other simple lighting fault. i.e. a bad bulb connection or poor earth on one of the lights.
