Takes more than that to injure a child. Somethimes things are going to far.

On the other hand. What do you think when:

  • You can´t trust your wife with the italian stud of a friend you have
  • Your child have friends that you don´t want to call humans
  • Spinach is good. Popeye is the Proof!

Ridiculous. I've seen plenty of crying children just become limp while being led by the hand, which could easily result in a picture like that, without anyone "pulling" the child.

"The kindergarten is planning to open a legal defamation case against the Facebook user."

I'm not usually a great fan of Thai defamation laws since they're often abused but in this case it does seem like an appropriate reaction.

We lived in a 2nd story apartment with an outside stairway. My wife said she had groceries in one arm, and helping our two-year-old daughter up the steps. Our girl lost her footing and had to be lifted into the step. This separated her shoulder and had to go to the hospital. I'm glad she wasn't charged with abuse and our daughter put in foster care.
