Most would strongly advise against it. But a few have managed to do it though. The total cost would add up to around 4 times the value of the car (and, that's not necessarily the value you assigned to it).

Yes i was told about the value issue but how do you value it ?  To buy here? Cost  in uk?  What ?

It's not what you value it, it is what Thai customs value it and whether they would like to confiscate it for themselves.

If it was worth say £2000 then that times 4 was the estimate for bringing my beloved m/c from Uk here 14 years ago.
