antoniuni Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 All of a sudden my computer don't show the second HD anymore. The first HD (programmes etc.) is normal working. Somebody can suggest me what to do?
Crossy Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 Take the lid off (power off) check all connections to the drive (pull off and replace). Put it back together, fire it up and enter the BIOS, check if drive is visible, OK, reboot and test. Still not working? Replace the drive and restore your backup. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Test the drive in another computer or in an external HDD case. 2
antoniuni Posted June 28, 2018 Author Posted June 28, 2018 I tried to change first the connections and it worked! Now I am saving the data on an outside HD! Thank you! 1

Can also check with Disk Management if your second drive is showing. Latest W10, right-click on start button and click Disk Management. Windows 7, Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Computer Management\Disk Management. 2
