Take off those dark glasses, available in Tesco and Tops in singles B13 or packs of 3 or 6 (B66/6). There may have been a run in some small stores as they had a "ROV" Gamer Competition with a tear off coupon on each pack.

available in the UK as usual in the YUM YUM asian shop in worcester

No way, if you're in the UK it's Pot Noodle chicken & mushroom all the way. Even used to make butties out of 'em.

Mmmmm,  hot, split, buttered pitta bread, with curry flavour Pot Noodle in it.  Drooling here.

I actually saw them in an Expat food shop today, now I'm going to have to go back.  ?

As to Mama noodles, get them in any 7/11 or Family Mart, as long as you're OK with the packet version.  Me, I make it up in a pint mug, the Tom Yung Goong is too spicy for me as dry(ish) noodles, so I make it as more of a soup.

But when you've got the munchies, they're top.

Is there a healthy noodle option? Maybe pasta instead? And add sauce

You could be onto something here. Maybe something like this:

I picked up a box of 30 in Makro.

I always have one of those boxes up on the high shelf, just in case the zombie apocalypse breaks loose.

I prefer the packets anyway. Boil in pan with spring onion, mushroom, sliced fish ball and some fish sauce
