What a tangled web we weave

PATTAYA:--The Provincial Electricity Authority cleaned up messy jumbles of power and utility wires on Soi Khopai 4.

 

The Aug. 14 work came after complaints from South Pattaya residents about low-hanging wires, with many fearing they could burst into flames, as so often happens.

 

After the initial cleanup, the PEA planned sweeping reorganization of cables to beautify the area.

All cables will be painted in different colors and be announced as tourist attractions under the name: " Spaghetti Rainbow"

You should pattered that name "Spaghetti Rainbow" as the government of los could be using that because we all know that they will continue to install hanging wires on all the line poles for a long time.

I like that and if PEA were clever at the X roads they could all be named Spaghetti Junction.

planned   -   means nothing   -   talk, talk and more talk.   the initial cleanup was brought about by the residents.

 

the PEA thought everything was just fine, but their was obviously something needed done or they wouldnt have gone and done it !!!!!

PEA were asked to replace a concrete post after a drunk Thai fractured it.  (his family accepted responsibility & paid some restitution.  Three years on it still threatened a house and the guard hut to our village.  The problem is PEA do not know whose cables are strung on it; 3BBB/TOT/PEA.  There will be an inquiry when one of our guards is brained.
