11 foreigners picked up in latest immigration sweep

PATTAYA:--Nine foreigners who had overstayed their visas and two other foreign nationals working without a permit were scooped up in Pattaya in the Immigration Bureau’s latest “Operation X-Ray Foreigner” sweep.

 

About 40 Pattaya, Tourist and Immigration police officers spread out across the area for the Oct. 12 crackdown, the latest in a series of sweeps that began early this year.

 

Officers checked apartment houses, condos and hotels, which are required to report foreign nationals residing there.

No information on those arrested was released.

how on earth do you come to that conclusion 

Do you want to have illegal people in your country??? 

Or do you just like complaining about everything Thailand do?? 

I really hope they will continue to hurt illegal people down 

 

Russians are a handful, together with the Indians. They work in the open without fear many of them , maybe now is the time to go home.

So do I Henrik, so do I. And I hope that Big Joke perseveres until the last bad bad man is deported or imprisoned, and I can invite my wife and kids to come and join me for a holiday in this family resort! 

“Operation X-Ray Foreigner” - do they really carry an X-Ray machine with them and X-Ray foreigners?
