Isn't HIV treatment serious enough to warrant a special trip to visit the doctor?

Good luck.

yes but which one, dont think any old doctor can treat

Maybe go and visit a doctor rather than emailing a doctor. Even a pharmacy can probably identify the drug and supply the same or equivalent.

If it outside of there area of expertise they will probably refer you on to a specialist. Maybe type the title of the thread into google.

you really need to know the answers to these questions. only a doctor can tell you.

can i ask, did you become HIV positive from sexual activity in Pattaya?

Dr Phillipe's clinic is closed on a Wednesday so you may not get a reply until tomorrow .

Where I am in Isaan there is a farang biologist friend that is doing a grand job developing alternative, natural medicine. I can't say more (obvious reasons) on the open forum, but PM me if you're interested.

If I understand your question you are asking if you can take only a half dose in order to make the tablet last longer.

NO. Do NOT do that Ever.  Taking sub-therapeutic dosages puts you at risk of drug resistance.

You cannot buy HIV meds at a pharmacy.

Bring your pill bottle to  a doctor (at a hospital, or Dr. Souer's clinic) and request additional supply.

The closest drug to what you are on available in Thailand is called Stribild. It is expensive and hard to source, I doubt local government hospitals would have it. However they do have it at the Thai Red Cross in Bangkok so worst case, go there.

Listen to the person above. The medication she mentioned seems to have the exact same active ingredients.

You can check it here: https://www.mims.com/thailand/drug/info/elvitegravir %2b cobicistat %2b emtricitabine %2b tenofovir/

In addition, private hospitals may also have it. Call them and ask to speak to the pharmacist. Try Bumrungrad or Bangkok Hospital. Or go to the red cross. I assume it is the building next to chulalongkorn hospital, near Lumpini Park. Go as soon as possible. Do not halve the pills, and do not skip a dose. Don't waste your time, act now
