Hi Everyone

I need help/advice with my computer.

My hotmail/outlook changed format, last week and now when i click on to my Thai visa email. I can not read it!, the font is very small and only way to read is by looking through a magnifying glass. At the moment i have to open my email account on my smart phone to be able to see and read the various news items.

When i open the a news item, there is then no problem with the font size. It's normal. So the problem is, the font is very small and unreadable on my computer when i click on to the Thaivisa email. And not on a story item, when i open it

How can i increase to font size back to normal?

Thanks for your help.

You arent very clear about which programme you use to view your email but if it is webmail in a browser then Ctrl+0 may do the trick. You also have a zoom option in the browser menu.

If not, give more detail about exactly what you are looking at.

The font size is changed by pressing Ctrl and moving the mouse wheel at the same time.

You can easily make the font smaller and bigger.

That works in browsers like Internet Explorer, in Outlook and in other applications.

Thanks Guys for quick response. I have latest windows. And use google chrome to look at outlook.  Just tried onemorefarang suggestion and now don't need to use magnifying glass!

Many Thanks

Is there a touchpad alternative?

Lots of touchpads have special function, i.e. swiping up and down on the ride side.

I don't know if these special functions are standardized or different for brands, models, versions.

Maybe check in control panel for touchpad or something like that.
