We've founded our company under BOI in Bangkok, 1 year ago. Back then, our lawyer's company helped us to apply BOI and DBD business certificate. 

And a few days ago, we've got contacted by DBD and they said we will need to apply กรมการค้าภายใน, DIT (Department Internal Trading) certificate. 

 

- How come our lawyer didn't mention this a year ago?

- What is this exactly?
