is there a specialist for this bike? Am in Songkla province. It's a basket case (following a nightmare experience with some unscrupulous bike shop).

 

Are complete used engines offered anywhere?

I recently saw a Phantom advertised for sale with a 250cc Lifan engine fitted. So its possible.

Yes a Honda dealer motorcycle shop it's nothing special.
