Kepa,s as good as gone.....barring injury Willy be in goal for the Fa Cup.

A disastrous signing and totally out of his depth in the Premier League.

Give Kepa a break, appears he is on  way to the departue lounge , but u and your fellow Love Bird are still laying the Doc Martens

Into him.

Rather boring and tedious,if you ask me.

Who is your next Victim?

Maybe he should take up Futsal, the goals are only 3m wide by 2m high and the ball's not allowed to go above head high.

Still no good if he's still frozen on his goal line mate. It's interesting to read some of the accolades on Wikipedia as to why he was/is a top class goalkeeper. "Good with his feet".....probably the best part of his game. "Good at instinctive saves"....tell me a goalkeeper in the Premier League that isn't. " Good at closing down space to the onrushing attacker"......That attribute has disappeared entirely. "Good in the air".......pull the other one. Obviously, his best form has been confined to his time in Spain. How else would he become an international keeper? For his own sake, he needs to return there to find his form. I notice Athletic Bilbao aren't pulling up trees to have him back though.

Am I the only one to notice his feet behind the goal line on many occasions? If the ball happens to hit him it would be too late.

It must be extremely frustrating for the coaching team spending hours every week working with him on crosses only to see him freeze every time the ball's in the air on match days.

Yes, I've noticed that as well. His confidence must be shot to pieces if he's positioning himself like that. My brother pointed out that, on the Trent -Alexander free kick, he tried to save it with his right arm across his body instead of using his left hand. I haven't checked that out though.

Not your mistake Og....Kepa,s for using the wrong arm :whistling:

In all fairness on that one not many keepers would have got near it....but these modern day keepers do make hard work for themselves by continually trying to save top corner shots with the wrong arm...may look good if it comes off but to me it is just plain thuckking stupid. A shot heading for the keepers top left corner has to be saved by his left arm which is at least 18 inches longer than the right.....not scientific just makes sense. ( i did play in goal for...)

While you have your shovel out....dig up that post of yours about us resigning Ake...you know Ake ever present in a Bournemouth side that has conceded over 180 goals and counting in nearly 3 Epl seasons alone....yep a must have.:goof:

It has been reported that

Ake has been signed by Man City for around 41 mil, needless to say your above post  is  Love Bird slagging  at any player, any where .

Who is the Love Birds next victim?

Chelsea's buy back clause for Ake was 40mil hence why we bid 41

as i posted yday and at least 6 weeks ago is Csea.s poor defence is their achilles heel.

Lamps will never pair Zouma and Christenen in central defence again

or perhaps both not to start ever again .

Remember this Genius your "Dug up post" Zouma and Christensen and on the back of your post played together  in the next four games until Christensen got injured....and Zouma has played in all 8 games since....people who live in Greenhouses should not throw stones.

If you have something to offer of any relevance to this thread then post it ..rather than just picking on posts of other posters..("rather boring and tedious if you ask me"):whistling:. Who said that??? If your so fragile and cant stand criticism by me of any player (okay for you though) then i suggest you ignore what i post...or just grow a pair.

There was a £40m clause but that expired. The current situation is that Bournemouth have to notify us of any offers that they deem acceptable and then we have the option to match the offer and our offer takes precedence.

No worries, more of an update than a correction. In any event it has been reported that FL doesn't want to sign him owing to his "lack of height" - but we wll know how accurate much of the footie gossip is.

Congratulations to Arsenal on their victory.

Our present  defenders are top notch  EPL players in their respective positions.

All season, for that matter !!!

And again in Yday,s FA cup final. Please buy a few solid EPL standard defenders immediately, the present lot are a Hit and Miss bunch all season.

You lose your captain and arguably star player and on the day your goalscorer, to the Same injury ..your holding middie gets a dodgy red... And just to top it all your sub gets carted off taking oxygen.  U couldn't make it up if you tried... What a shame. Just have to put it down to 'one of those days'.

Agreed.... it,s called "rub of the green"  adequately backed up by a shocking referee plus shocking Var officials who just rubber stamped what that utterly useless (deleted) decided.

The referee was Anthony Taylor, the only referee since 1901 to referee 2 Cup Finals.  His previous one was in 2017 when Chelsea lost to Arsenal.  In that match Victor Moses was sent off, and Arsenal's first goal by Sanchez was shown to be both offside and handball.  The linesman flagged for the offside/handball, but was overridden by the ref.

That smug look on Taylor's face when he raised the red card did me in.
