There sure a lot of losers here ready to place that old race card, though I sure do like that Meyer Lansky quote. Moishe was no wannabe Lansky. As the article didn't say so, we have to presume he had a work permit. Moishe was not running around drunk on Khao San or naked in Pai. He was just living in a nice place trying to earn an income. 3M doesn't even buy a condo! I miss hash here in Thailand, green doesn't do it for me. This old hippie thinks Moishe was providing a valuable public service. "Narcotic"! Hogwash! I hope this decent guy gets through this mostly unharmed.
