Anyone looking to buy a console there is a great deal for a X Box One S plus Battlefield V for 9550 baht (including voucher) on Lazada today. Worth that for the 4k player alone.

Only Xbox One X offers actual 4K resolution. One S only includes in-game enhanced graphics, not 4K resolution.

Except the vast majority of the games are rendered at 2k and upscaled to 4k even on the One X. So very few games are actually rendered at true 4k.

Is it worth buying an Xbox One X just to have the 4k resolution? 

Here's a list from Microsoft of all the 4K games for the Xbox one X. Some games are also enhanced for HDR as well as 4K. Xbox one S and X are HDR capable. Your TV or monitor has to be HDR capable.
