Seems like the guy still has a hand on the wheel?

Given how most of them drive, there is a fair chance the boy is a better driver.

  • Just when you think you have seen it all ....   I can't believe that a bus driver can be so irresponsible. I guess if anything had happened, the driver would have blamed it on brake fai

  • He did that just to reach a combined mental age of 18 - the minimum age to drive a motor vehicle in LOS.

These are the kinds of stories I like to forward to all my "distant" friends so they will go somewhere else this winter.

And does anyone wonder why there is so much carnage on the roads here !

Not anymore, this is the latest thing to come to light about how Thai drivers are negligent in every way possible. They just don't have any idea about safety or thought for the passengers!

He should be disqualified from driving any public service vehicle for life !

A bus driver in Phuket has been criticised

Criticised? For delete delete delete delete sake. The word arrested sprang to my mind. Grrrrrrrr delete delete delete.????

Just a perfect example of the self centered nature of Thais.  "Must talk, must chat, must use phone."  Doing the job hired to do is tertiary in importance at best

I guess if anything had happened, the driver would have blamed it on brake failure.

...or his son
