Ive decided to gutter the front of my newly built house.

(TOP TIP: the cold night air condenses on metal sheet roofing and drips down to make ugly green marks........that's not to mention when there's rain!)

 

 

Ideally I'd like someone to tell me the prices......even moderately accurate will do...... of all the bits.

THat's just a time saver.

But even better wondering if there's a specialist UPVC gutter supplier who's cheaper/choice of types.

I am also interested in clear lean to roofing panels and maybe they'd have at the same sort of supplier.

Just took a look at Global today......a big mess and prices missing.
Just took a look in Homepro......at least it was clean and neat and prices all there and a helpful staff guy.
What I didn’t like is apparently u have to glue the parts together. I’ve done guttering a couple of times at home and am used to a tight snap fit gasket for a seal, how long will silicone or whatever last?

What is your verdict ? Long lasting under hot sun ?

What is the joining system like ? Are those prices on their site accurate !! What did you pay all up ?

I don't have it all the way around the house, just in three separated areas where the roof angles change, I don't recall the price, sent the wife to pick it up ???? 

Joining system is good, if you want it drip free you would need to use sealant, I never bothered.

The UPVC appears to be good quality, only been up a couple of years, no issues with sun damage.

If those are the retails prices in Thai Watsadu it’s somewhat cheaper than Homepro and Global.
In fact I may hang on til I’ve seen some real rain.and think about ground drainage.
