My mistake. I have other income but just trying to look at minimums because as another said, the amounts will change over time. I think I'd rent for a few years just to be sure. Cheers Olmate.

I NEED the real truth as far as financial requirements.  I've previously been showing $65,000 BHT every month to immigration.  Does it have to be in 1 installment or can it be in 2 installments? ? ?

It 65k baht per month. If 2 transfers totaling 65k baht or more they would be accepted.
