Just upgraded and reformatted my PC, just going through the run of the mill set up questions as you go through the first rounds of internet action, you know, save passwords, internet security, all that jazz, then I had a warning telling me that "this website is trying to load a pop up, do you want to stop pop ups" stupidly I said that Yes, I quite fancied not having pop ups, now I try to download a file from my hotmail account and guess what? the pop up file download prompt wont work - som nom na, I know but how do I get the pop ups back on again, anyone know?

what program is blocking the pop ups, cause IE doesn't have this feature.

Google toolbar ? alexa ?

Mostly you can access the pop ups when you pusch CTRL before you click.
