February 4, 20197 yr Recently discovered TOT IPTV which would be perfect to satisfy my wifes Thai TV needs. All the channels she uses, fast channel loads, 3 day catchup and cheap at just 100b a month. I can then ditch uplay / HD prime for a higher quality IPTV solution for international stuff. After an infuriating weekend fighting broken websites, links to no where, apps in the play store set as incompatible with anything after android 4.0, TOT services and accounts incompatible with other services and accounts !!! etc etc I now finally have it up, account generated, paid for, running, and working on phones and tablets. I can cast from tablets to the TV but they make a big deal about it should be working on samsung smart TVs through the samsung showtime app. Thing is this would appear to be a thai maintained package.. again broken links, pages of text in Thai language only (when TV language and region is all set not to) and theres no TOT app I can see.. Just a couple of broken unmaintained Thai apps (even when I factory reset my TV, tell it its in europe, in english, it still has both Thai and my account in there). Before I start down the road of call centres, promised call backs, and no one understanding.. Does anyone actually have this running currently.. Was it a project they launched a couple of years ago and forgot to maintain ?? Lastly, and this is a long shot, but anyone have a clue if the android app was ever extracted from the TOT TV box and made to run ?? I can see a bunch of stuff about people gaining root on the box for play store, and with root extracting the app should be easy. Would be best option if I could get the STB app on my FireTV or AndroidTV box.
