You have a windows laptop? Can you see the tv box on your network?

Is your zidoo box within a cable reach of your laptop / router? Your esata drive is a USB drive?

I’m not too familiar with your box, you can simply unplug the drive and plug it to your laptop, transfer and then connect to your tv box.

If you can see the drive on your network, then it’s a matter of dragging the files over and then deleting the original.
I do something a little similar with my Synology NAS and an old windows laptop that I use to download and seed files.

Just thinking back, I used to have an android box.

Have you thought of plugging in your drive to your laptop? Then either download the files directly to the drive or setup utorrent to move the files to the esata drive.

Then you would plug your zidoo into the tv with hdmi.
Open Kodi (a media player) on your zidoo box, you will see the drive appear on the network, then steam over wifi.
