can anyone log in to HDPrime today ? I can't, seems not working - maybe gone ?

Hi, I just checked and seems they have a new app to download. I tried it with the old app and it didn't work.

 

Maybe you need to use the new app now and login from it.

That app is an .apk for mobiles and tablets as it states on the HDPrime login screen. I use it on a pc so that app is not relevent.  I emailed HDPrime yesterday lunchtime on the issue and still no reply.  Beginning to suspect that they have some serious operating issues so will not be renewing when due unless they fix the issue.

    If you are using a Web Browser they have a new URL.

    Try using www.hdpri.me which will take you straight to the login screen. Ive used this with a Chrome browser and its working fine.

    I did this successfully at the weekend, however VOD is not working. Using Safari on my IPadPro everything is working fine.
