Will be using the MSX to purchase a lot of products from the local wet market. 

 

I've seen these mail carrier style bags in use around Bangkok and would like a heads up on where to secure a set. Ive tried Lazada but unless I keyed in the wrong search words, they don't seem to have any.

Go and talk to a manager at Thai Post.  Their postman use something like this.  And most Thai Post managers speak reasonable English as well.
