Six arrested for Hi-Lo gambling, rest flee into rubber plantation

PHUKET: Police have arrested six people for gambling beside a road in Srisoonthorn, with the rest of the players fleeing into a rubber plantation.

 

Officers announced yesterday (May 5) that the arrests were made on Saturday (May 4) by a team of officers from the Thalang Police.

 

When officers arrived at the scene, along a rural road in Baan Manik, they found a large group of people beside the road gambling on the outcomes of the dice game Hi-Lo.

As they don't really affect you up in Pattaya it doesn't really matter does it?

 

 We thank you for your comment and interest though. Sorry its such a slow day up there. Maybe I should post my concerns on a Pattaya forum about slow days and the effects on people.

Wonder how much money there was before the photo.

All looking very relaxed by the poses, were they related to someone to have their faces obscured?? Or is this a new standard to protect them until a court fining people guilty??
