???? Before you travel next time, buy an atlas.  In Japan, a prefecture is like a state or province.  Roppongi is an entertainment zone in Tokyo.  Calling it a Prefecture is a bit like calling Soi Cowboy a province!
 
As for Hawaiian food fix, go to supermarket, buy a can of spam and some white bread.  Buy pineapple from a street seller, throw on a bit of ketchup and your done.
